About the department

QC DK Materials & Device Analytics is one of three Danish Operational QC Units within Global Quality Control. The organisation delivers analytical testing and laboratory services supporting raw materials, packaging materials, devices, and physical characterisation across multiple products, manufacturing sites, and laboratory locations.

The organisation is designed around capability clusters and shared laboratory services, enabling expertise, infrastructure, and resources to be utilised across the broader Danish QC network rather than being tied to individual manufacturing sites. This allows the organisation to support future growth, improve productivity, and drive greater standardisation and scalability across operations.

As Sr. Director QC DK Materials & Device Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Global QC by strengthening operational performance, building organisational capabilities, and helping create a more integrated and agile quality control network across Novo Nordisk.
