Behind the title
As a Senior Data Analysis and Insights Professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative data analysis solutions to identify hidden trends and patterns for more accurate predictions. 

Additionally, your responsibilities are to:
•    Provide data-based insights to support business decision making
•    Develop and optimize business intelligence strategies
•    Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns
•    Create reports and data visualizations for data storytelling
•    Continuously stay updated with the latest advancements in data analysis tools and techniques to drive innovation and improve efficiency

 

Which competencies to bring
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
•    At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, accompanied by strong knowledge of data manipulation and cleaning techniques
•    Good understanding of scripting and statistical programming languages, would be valuable
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate data insights effectively and tell compelling data stories.
•    Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and project management skills
•    Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms preferably ServiceNow and reporting platforms preferably PowerBI, Qlikview, or Tableau

To do so, we work with four product areas/departments: Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Global IT Support, and Production Infrastructure.
