The position

As our new Senior Project Manager for Global Spare Parts Management, you will be responsible for objectives, vision, and targets of our Spare Parts Management program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Global Spare Part Management Excellence Program, develop roadmap for implementation, and lead, coach, mentor, and support manufacturing sites to implement
  • Measure performance of Spare Part Management, communicate success, and drive remediation actions with sites
  • Track Global Spare Part Management Program progress, problem solve/escalate roadblocks
  • Design and lead Global Spare Part Management Program governance within the overarching Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) On-site maintenance Program led by Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME)
  • Design communication and change management plan for global project implementation
  • Design AM future spare part management strategy, including - depending on part criticality - roles and responsibilities between sites and AME, spare parts sourcing and stocking guidelines and rules, use of digital tools, and synergies across sites
  • Define the level of standardization of spare part management practices in AM (e.g., existing vs new assets and platforms)

With this role we can offer relocation to Denmark. Up to 30% of global travel is required.


Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within Materials Management, Maintenance Management, Lean and/or Reliability, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
  • Proven experience in Project management of Materials Management / Reliability Excellence programs required
  • Proven experience working within CMMS for maintenance/spare parts management required (SAP PM /MM Preferred)
  • Certification in Reliability / Asset Management (e.g. CMRP, CRL) or Lean 6Sigma preferred
  • Fluent English oral and written

You are also flexible, adaptable, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Furthermore, you demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Improving asset lifecycles of our expanding portfolio by implementing best practices in maintenance and reliability, adopting advanced technologies and continually monitoring and optimizing performance.
