Let’s talk about the role
We're on the lookout for an accomplished Solution Architect with experience in the platform and application landscape within Health & Safety space. As our Solution Architect – Health & Safety you will lead the way in our global Health & Safety tech projects through your expertise, joining our team working in our Bagsværd office, Denmark.
In this role you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative Health & Safety solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational Drives, Goals and Objectives including industry standards.
- Define and drive the target architecture for the Health & Safety space, considering scalability, security, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose optimal solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into solution design and architecture.
Skills we look for
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on designing and implementing Health & Safety solutions, understanding of the platform and application landscape within the Health & Safety space
- Experience leading transformative projects on a global scale
- Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of P&O tech by sharing knowledge, best practices, and participating in architectural reviews
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Health & Safety solution architecture and technical innovations
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus (e.g. TOGAF or others)
As a person you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational corporate environment and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in for proposed solutions.

You will support our Human Resources Digital Data & IT team (HR DD&IT) where we provide internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk to support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems.
HR DD&IT is anchored within Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) and team members are placed closely to People & Organisation (P&O) teams for optimal collaboration. We partner with P&O as their trusted tech leader creating business value through strong global digital, data and IT solutions. We do this by leveraging strategic, scalable technologies that enhance employee experience and ensure operational excellence.
You will work very closely with the Health & Safety Solutions team. Our department is Novo Nordisk’s Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety, with around 50 dedicated colleagues.
