Let’s talk about the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a specialization in Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Shift Planning solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA, and other leading solutions within these domains creating an Eco-System of systems.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive solutions for Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Shift Planning
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging market-leading technologies, with a focus on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of global solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with regional regulations
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current solutions, leveraging your expertise in market-leading technologies and industry best practices
- Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across systems
Skills we look for
The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with Payroll, with preferably addtion of either Time & Attendance or Shift Planning solutions
- Expertise in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with preferably addition of SAP BTP, or any other market-leading solutions (experience with any of the following would be advantageous - Workforce, Atoss, Kronos, etc.)
- Strong understanding of global payroll processes, preferably icluding focus with time tracking, and shift planning best practices
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the global HR systems landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and business stakeholders
