We are looking for an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on the People & Organization (HR) space with an emphasis on External Workforce solutions.

In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting solutions within the External Workforce domain, leveraging a mix of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) developed applications and SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass is considered an advantage. In this role you will:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific requirements and challenges related to External Workforce/Contingent workers within the People & Organization department.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions for managing Contingent workers by leveraging SAP BTP developed applications, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant technologies.
  • Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across the landscape, providing technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of HR solutions for External Workforce.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current solution, leveraging expertise in SAP technologies and industry best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other HR systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the evolution of HR solutions within the External Workforce space, considering emerging technologies and business needs.

 

Skills we look for


The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the People & Organization (HR) space, with a focus on External Workforce management.
  • Expertise in SAP technologies, particularly SAP BTP and SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and External Workforce management practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the SAP landscape and across HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
