Beyond this, we're looking for someone who brings:

  • Prior experience in Major Incident Management, Situation Management, Service Operations or comprehensive experience from a Service Desk (experience in Problem Management is a plus)
  • An analytical approach that enables you to gain a comprehensive overview of complex situations, identify patterns and support conclusions with factual evidence
  • A solid technical understanding of IT and a genuine passion for the field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the capability to take charge and provide direction, particularly in high-pressure situations
  • A practical and inquisitive approach to your work, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • The ability to act as a role model in your everyday working life, demonstrating a positive and constructive mindset.
