This is an unordinary and exciting opportunity to take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of Novo Nordisk buildings, while shaping strong collaborations across both internal teams and external partners. It’s a chance to influence Facility Management (FM) operations in a global, purpose-driven company. 

 

Your new role 

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of Novo Nordisk office buildings. Your main task is to ensure stable operations of our facilities, some of your daily tasks will be: 

  • One Point of contact for the day-to-day running of the offices 
  • Maintain service specifications and manage soft and hard FM in a group of office buildings 
  • Manage expectations and collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders and external suppliers 
  • Manage and oversee budget requirements  
  • Collaborate closely with you team and colleagues 

 

The position is based in Bagsværd, but as we have responsibility for Novo Nordisk buildings in many locations you will be expected to visit other sites across the Greater Copenhagen area on ad hoc basis. 

 

Your skills and qualifications 

We're seeking a candidate who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

  • Educational background in service- or facilities management or another relevant field  
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience  
  • Service minded and proactive team player 
  • Proven track record of managing sites or services through regular service provider follow up, spend tracing and investment planning  
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing 

 

As a person you are proactive with a can-do attitude, and a strong service mindset.  You have a flair for stakeholder management, as you will be in daily contact with our line of business and suppliers. You have excellent planning skills and work in a structured yet agile way. You focus on results even when the tasks are complex or met with resistance. You take pride in making sure that buildings and services – whether its cleaning, maintenance, or other services - reflect the high standards we set for Novo Nordisk’s products and our global brand.  

 

Your new department 

In Corporate Facilities, we ensure well-functioning corporate infrastructure, and a safe and engaging workplace for more than 30,000+ colleagues across our Danish sites. We create tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business and what we do impacts all Novo Nordisk’s employees on their workday. 

You will be a part of our Office Operations team, based in Bagsværd. The team consists of 11 colleagues responsible for driving services in our office buildings, managing canteens and P&P services across Denmark. The team delivers through contracts with external suppliers, and we work closely to ensure cohesion in our delivery across sites. Our office portfolio currently it consists of ~300,000 square meters across greater Copenhagen.
