Service Coordinator

Then you may be the new Service coordinator for administration of ID cards and access control we are looking for in Security Repairs and Access Control.
Your new role
Your primary tasks will, among others, include general customer service across the entire organization. You will ensure that all employees, both internal and external, have a functioning access card so they can access Novo Nordisk sites and buildings. You will work in various IT systems in connection with our access control, production of ID cards, and general HR data. You will be part of our ID card team which currently consists of two employees who handle all customer inquiries regarding access control and ID cards. Summed up, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Production of ID cards
- Administration of access control system
- Serve as the point of contact for customer service across Novo Nordisk, handling the office phone and Dalux
- Possibly coordination of defined project tasks within the area
This is a temporary position that expires at the end of April 2027.
Your new department
You will be part of the Security Repairs and Access Control team which consists of 10 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is repair and maintenance of security equipment, production of ID cards, and other types of access cards.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for someone at the start of their career, whether you're a recent graduate, have a few years of experience or are a student assistant ready to step up, that:
- Have technical and/or practical knowledge of access control systems is an advantage, not must
- Have IT and technical flair and can navigate many different IT systems
- Master spoken and written Danish and English on a professional level
- Thrive in routine tasks and work independently, take responsibility and can take charge of troubleshooting
On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment with high level of empowerment and possess the ability to make decisions based on data driven analyses. You are proactive, take ownership of tasks and welcome new responsibilities. You can take initiative when planning, prioritizing, executing, and performing tasks in a timely manner. You will use your curiosity to drive new initiatives and improve processes and bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 437.600,00 to 643.200,00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
