The position

As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be area responsible for two newly established Senior Vice President areas, Global Trial Portfolio and Clinical Development & Project Leadership, both driving execution of Novo Nordisk clinical development activities. 

 

The majority of your time, you will drive complex recruitment processes from start to end within academic, specialist, and senior management levels aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way (our core values) and our diversity & inclusion principles. 

Most of the recruitments are characterized by complexity and scarce candidate pools - requiring a high degree of focus and perseverance. 

You are a few recruiters and sourcers supporting these two SVP areas and it is your responsibility to ensure that you (the mini team) bring the highest possible value for the business areas.

 

To do this, you will:

•    Through professional collaboration and advisory on TA-specific subjects to Line of Business and HR Business Partners be the natural point of contact and thereby an important partner regarding projects, forecasting, must win battles, challenges, and changes in TA Delivery
•    Drive the mini team with recruiters and sourcers for contingency in TA support, knowledge building, workload balancing, and flexibility in service delivery
•    Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, and help to foster a culture of collaboration and colleague care, openness, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications 
If you are passionate about recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, there could be many paths to this position.

We imagine that you:

•    Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar
•    Have a proven track record of recruitment experience, handling 70-100 hires per year – experience from a larger organization is beneficial 
•    Have experience with the recruitment of a broad variety of senior profiles preferably for development organizations or similar environments; experience in working with niche areas will be advantageous
•    Competency-based recruitment knowledge is an advantage 
•    Project management skills - to handle multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously
•    Ability to utilize data to understand the business and drive change

Yet, you also value teamwork, cooperation, and knowledge sharing. Your ability to seamlessly switch between strategic and tactical support ensures talent acquisitions steer the organization in the right direction.

 

About the department 
You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 100 recruiters. Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 11 000 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary TA base in Bagsværd, but as your mini team and hiring managers all work in Søborg, you will spend most of your time there. There is flexibility to plan your week, as well as to work from home some days.
