Senior Solution Lead

The position

You will be part of OrderFlow4Future Project aimed at strengthening and supporting our Global Supply Chain for future growth by designing and implementing a template with focus on building a flexible supply chain with more standardized processes.

You will act as our Senior Solution Lead in the OrderFlow4Future Project, where your main focus will be to:

• Drive the future end-to-end design for the new Order Flow Solution Design.
• Take responsibility for ensuring solution elements are fit for identified business requirements across the supply chain and ensure common alignment and understanding of the OF4F solution design, delivery scope, and dependencies across the project organization.
• Set direction on business priorities and options available, and help understand business impact, while ensuring stakeholders are onboard.
• Advise, support, and guide Project Track leads and specialists in their key deliveries and inputs to the global template design, including quality assurance and key priorities.
• Ensure close collaboration with other projects transforming supply chain processes simultaneously.

Qualifications
We expect you to have:

• Master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT
• 7+ years of relevant work experience as SME within Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of end to end supply chain processes and solutions  as well as SAP implementation
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively direct workstream teams, collaborate with stakeholders (DD&IT and LOB), and drive consensus on key decisions.
• Structured, goal oriented and good at coordination​

The ideal candidate should also possess a high level of initiative to drive the right processes and deliverables, along with a natural flair for business process optimization, standardization, and IT systems. They should be proactive, responsible, and possess a structured work mindset, with a goal-oriented approach and a focus on driving initiatives forward. The candidate should also demonstrate high motivation, engagement, excellent cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in English is required.
 

About the department
You will join the Orderflow4future team in Digital Supply Chain and work closely with colleagues in the S4 HANA Program and Planning Excellence consisting of highly competent and engaged colleagues from Supply Chain, Product Supply, IT and Finance.

Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Global Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
