Senior Project / Program Manager in Aseptic Manufacturing

The Position 

As a Senior Project/Program Manager with security, your main responsibility is to ensure the implementation of a high-security setup and to address several security gaps in all Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Production Sites. Reporting to AME (Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering) Production Support Director, you will lead the security work package, overseeing the program across all sites and with high emphasis on execution efficiency.   

As a lead of the AM security network, you will work as the main supporter to all security champions at the AM sites and as communication facilitator between other project stakeholders and Novo Nordisk Corporate Security. 

You will also develop clear guidelines for prioritization of security gap closing and deadlines for implementation together with Global Security, as well as control and guide consultant deliverables and priorities. 

 

Qualifications 
To be a successful candidate, you have:  

  • A Master's degree in business management, strategy, or project management 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project / Program management 
  • Knowledge and insights about high security standards 
  • Good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions 
  • Fluency in verbal and written English 
  • Ability to work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values

Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) plays a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across our global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity.
