The Position

As a Senior Project Manager for IntraLogistics Module Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the IntraLogistics (IL) module standard/work package across multiple manufacturing sites. You will ensure fit-for-purpose solutions, consistency, and quality by utilizing standard project tools while driving key initiatives in quality, digitalization, and connectivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to successfully implement projects and support the expansions throughout all project phases. Additionally, you will oversee IntraLogistics projects, ensuring timely execution and preparing sites for operational readiness.

 

Other Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and manage tasks effectively, ensuring consistency and adherence to project goals.
  • Work closely with various functions to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Support engineering teams in maintaining compliance and streamlining project workflows.
  • Inspire and mentor the FPM E IL team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
  • Take ownership of preparing sites for a seamless transition to operational efficiency.

 

This job is currently based in Bagsværd, Denmark, but will relocate to Høje Taastrup, Denmark within a year.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in project management.
  • 3-4 years of leadership experience and/or 5 years of project management experience in warehouse and logistics, with solid cGMP training.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry, cLEAN® experience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

 

About the department

You will be joining the Global IL Performance team anchored in Finished Product Manufacturing Engineering (FPME). Our team is ensuring fit-for-purpose WH/IL solutions across Finished Products Manufacturing (FPM) and Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) operations. Based in Denmark, our team collaborates globally (sites in Denmark, the US, Brazil, France, Italy, China, etc.) across existing and expansion FPM/AM projects.
