Senior Project Manager - Onboarding & Engagement

Your new role 

In this role, you will join an experienced team of professionals working on global talent attraction and engagement initiatives. You will own and evolve the onboarding and engagement experience at Novo Nordisk, ensuring every new hire feels connected to our mission, culture and colleagues from day one. You will also lead key projects within the scope of our area and the broader Talent Acquisition to ensure we attract and hire the best talent. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Driving, maintaining and improving the global onboarding approach to connect new employees to our purpose, values and ways of working 
  • Acting as global Process Manager and advisor for Onboarding, engaging with a network of colleagues involved in onboarding-related tasks and deliverables 
  • Leading the planning and execution of key projects within Talent Engagement, and the broader Global Talent Acquisition  
  • Driving communication and stakeholder engagement on key projects and initiatives 
  • Becoming a member of the Talent Engagement leadership team, working closely on our area's priorities and decisions and driving collaboration and alignment

We are part of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA), within People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs area at Novo Nordisk. GTA plays a critical role in enabling Novo Nordisk’s success by attracting and hiring the best talent globally.  

 

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and has genuine passion for creating business impact and an outstanding experience for hiring managers and new hires. 

You bring: 

  • A degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Communications or a related field
  • Experience in onboarding, employee engagement or employee experience roles is preferred, ideally within a large, global organisation 
  • A proven track record of designing and delivering projects / programmes that drive measurable improvements, preferably within the areas of Talent Acquisition or Employee Experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels
  • Excellent project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; experience working in an international environment is preferred

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

Placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives, as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
