And are you motivated by a high level of responsibility combined with collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation and with some of our most experienced process experts and managers?

Then you might be our next colleague! We are looking for a Change Project Manager with a can-do attitude who independently can impact how we succeed with implementation of quality projects in Novo Nordisk.


The position

In the role as Change Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving change management activities across various transformation, digitalisation, process improvement and simplification projects within Novo Nordisk Quality Systems (QS) and Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ). The projects you will be involved in, will be very different in character, depending on the actual initiative needed, however the projects will have large business benefit across Novo Nordisk and always involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk.


Your primary role is to ensure to develop and implement  change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. You will ensure readiness of the organisation and leadership commitment and will ensure benefit realisation of all benefits related to the change through change measurements. You will together with your colleagues contribute to the development of the overall OCM strategy and toolbox within QS-Quality Project Office.


Main responsibilities:

  • Apply project management competencies

Possibility for project management responsibility

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
    Leverage a 
    change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts
    Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact
    Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
    Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of 
    training programs.


You will be key in driving the change management initiatives within the projects either as Project Manager our in close collaboration with the appointed Project Manager and the project team. You will use your project manager, leadership competencies and positive attitude to guide and support the project team to the advantage of the business.


You will be working anchored in Bagsværd but will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the globe. There will be occasional travel activities.



We envision a colleague with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as Project Manager with in-depth organisational change management competencies and preferable in the role as Senior Organisational Change Manager.

You have a proven track record of successfully being responsible for developing and implementing organisational change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes within a large-scale organisational change effort.


You have experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.


Leading change management activities in quality projects across Novo Nordisk, requires a person with strong project management, leadership & change management skills and an excellent quality mindset. You are recognised as a person for collaborating positively with many different stakeholders at various organisational levels.


Competencies within our quality management processes or if you are familiar with rolling out changes within IT projects will be an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have experience executing change management within an Agile framework eg. SAFe/Scrum.


Your personal qualities define you as robust, structured, a self-starter, and a great collaborator that always has a positive attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines.


You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way and have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Quality Project Office in Novo Nordisk Quality Systems, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for driving various strategic simplification and digitalisation projects across our quality management processes.
