The position
Your primary responsibility will be to drive significant optimisation and improvement projects, e.g., by ensuring timely planning and proper execution of projects. You will identify, define, and develop solutions to issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Furthermore, you will set the direction, develop skills set and guide your project members to fulfil project goals and apply corrective actions when necessary. The position is placed in Bagsværd, Denmark.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:
•    Project Management - manage optimisation and improvement projects across various functional areas by applying project planning tools/programs and cLEAN® approaches. Assess the changes that needs to be done and understand how the changes will affect the business. Ensure organisational impact, identify next steps, share results and learnings with relevant stakeholders e.g., senior management.
•    Stakeholder Management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects. Ensure the project team is aware of stakeholder expectations.
•    Communication – initiate dialogue as well as present relevant and timely updates on project status for all stakeholders in terms of alignment and priority of deliverables. Ensure close collaboration across the organisation and within the project team.


Qualifications

You have a M.Sc. or other relevant background in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, etc.). Furthermore, the optimal candidate has: 
•    Substantial experience (+ 5 years) in developing, supporting and driving improvements initiatives and projects in different types of areas 
•    Preferably pharmaceutical experience and documented knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
•    Experience with collaboration and communication in an international environment
•    English language proficiency - high standard of written and spoken

About the department
R&D investment manage the project portfolio of internal Novo Nordisk capEx investment in CMC Copenhagen area. We are a team of 6 colleagues anchored in CMC investment and based in Bagsvaerd Denmark. Responsibilities include Project Management, leading strategy discussions and decision-making processes to effectively lead internal partners. We have key stakeholders cross Novo Nordisk with internal work groups in CMC Business. As a team, we have professional experience from the Pharmaceutical/Bioteck industry, mainly with Project management.
