What’s in it for you  

We are on an exciting journey in rolling out EWM, a Warehouse Management System, at various sites in Novo Nordisk and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years.  As IT Project Manager you will be responsible for rolling out our new Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) to Novo Nordisk Sites around the world. You will be responsible for the delivery of the integrated SAP EWM Solution including integrations, development and configuration. This role is pivotal in driving the successful deployment of SAP EWN solution to all Novo Nordisk production site around the world.  

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Driving roll-outs of SAP EWM projects of varying size and complexity – with high executive management focus  
  • Stakeholder management, budgeting and communication towards line of business   
  • Coordinating and keeping track of project roadmaps and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur  
  • Leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching of the project’s team  
  • Coordinating product development wishes between users and our IT development partner  
  • Acting as Servant leader of your team(s) and ensure an Agile approach  

 

What we scout for  

To be successful in this role, we require you meet most of the following:  

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field  
  • Strong project management skills (including stakeholder management skills, project budgeting, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills)  
  • You must have a proven track record of successfully executing projects  
  • Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage   
  • Experience with implementing IT systems as analyst, consultant or project manager  
  • Knowledge about working SAP solutions is a huge benefit

You are known to get the job done, while keeping a good relationship to stakeholders and colleagues and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs.

The department, WareX is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply, Supply Chain and is focused on implementing SAP EWM – an Enterprise Warehouse Management System, used across Novo Nordisk.   

The WareX program at Novo Nordisk is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing our global supply chain operations through the deployment of advanced digital solutions. This program focuses on implementing the SAP EWN solution across all Novo Nordisk production sites worldwide. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, WareX aims to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration of our supply chain activities. The goal is to enhance our ability to deliver high-quality products to patients around the globe, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.  

The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work together with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level.
