The position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM) to join our team in Technology Innovation within AMSAT in Product Supply.
The PM will be responsible for ensuring new technologies for future aseptic production sites is matured and delivered. The cooperation will be with colleagues from our engineering teams within Technology Innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Ensure project objectives are met on time.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders, as well as identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including external suppliers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has previous Project Management experience.
High drive, energy, and motivation are key to succeed, and the ability to maneuver with a wide range of stakeholders. Stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience preferably in collaboration with external suppliers (A candidate with less experience might be considered for a Project Manager position).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Experience in aseptic production and filling process is a plus.
- Stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role.
- Professional English level.

About the department
In Technology Innovation we are responsible to develop state-of-the art solutions for processes within Aseptic Production (AP). This means that we aim to apply newest technology to create innovative, scalable, and robust solutions within various areas of the filling process. We are a team of program and project managers, and part of the area of Technology Innovation, which we share with teams of innovation engineers.
