What’s the role about?

You will work in the SAP Expansions and NextGen warehouse Program collaborating with colleagues that are also delivering into the program’s roadmap such as API capacity expansion, Fill & Finish expansion and others supporting our strategic area to succeed with the ambitious pipeline we have ahead of us. Your role will be critical to ensure we have an updated portfolio roadmap, strategic outlook for internal manning and external partner to ramp-up in time and deliver in time to our many projects.

You will also be overall responsible for ensuring a budget overview and tracking in the program. You will work closely together with Deployment leads, product managers and others in the program.

 

Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas:

 

  • Be responsible for portfolio management and ensuring it is updated.
  • Vendor management, including contract overview, roadmap for when to initiate vendor engagement in alignment with deployment leads
  • Budget responsible for the programs including forecast and budget tracking
  • Assure timely escalation of changes to roadmap if needed
  • Stakeholder management and building strong partnership with the program delivery leads, production sites, and other relevant parties
  • Handle the outlook of resource ramp up need overall in the program
  • Ensure 0 variance on finances and backfill

 

What we scout for

We expect you to have:

 

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area
  • At least 7+ years of experience in delivering large projects
  • Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Savvy in understanding financial data and in running budgeting processes for mid-sized projects
  • Solid understanding of IT rollouts to production sites

The team waiting for you is a diverse group with different nationalities, experience, and a very dedicated and fun to work with. The program has currently 36 team members as part of the central team including a few externals.

 

DD&IT PS Supply Chain Produce & Deliver is anchored within the DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing IT solutions to support Novo Nordisk’s production as well as supply chain needs worldwide. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines and supply chain are automated and optimised
