Senior Production Support Program Manager

The position


As a Production Support Program Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure a complete overview of our various production support systems, manage complex data across several different production sites and drive improvement projects to reach maximum performance and stabilization within mainly within Utilities & Facilities. It requires strong project management skills and a proven track record in handling complex projects.

Reporting to AME (Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering) Production Support Director, you will also be the main supporter to the AM Production Support Network (PSN).
This role involves facilitating collaboration between various leaders across AM, good planning and preparations of the meetings, performance indicators update and follow up on actions.

 

Qualifications


To be a successful candidate, you: 
•    Have a master's degree in business management, strategy, or project management
•    Have at least 5 years of experience in Project / Program management
•    Strong Stakeholder management skills in all level and different cultures
•    Possess knowledge and insights of complex manufacturing & production programs
•    Possess high analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions
•    Are fluent in verbal and written English
•    Be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values
