If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team as Senior Process Improvement Specialist in Finance, Legal and Global Solutions Digital, Data & IT placed in Bagsværd Denmark.

 

About the Role 
SAP FI Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join us in cutting through complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear process flow in our area - to begin with focusing on one of our core teams, who are working high speed on integrating Novo Nordisk’s new acquisitions into our current SAP Financial structure.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Improving unclear inflow channels, undefined entity categories, and unorganized templates and develop and implement change management strategies to support changes in our internal processes.
  • Document processes and provide training and support to users on new processes, incl. collaboration with business units to resolve process-related issues.
  • Define and implement performance metrics ensuring that financial and controlling processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promote process quality standards across the organization and ensure our processes are compliant with financial regulations and standards
  • Coordinate dependencies to outside areas incl. preparation of GAP workshops with Project IT PM along with ensuring progress on deliveries and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will likely align with the following qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of finance coordination and data governance 
  • Proven experience in change management, process improvement, process flow creation, and project management
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues, and to raise/elevate to management when needed
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO 
  • Experience in working with agile/SAFe methodology is a plus

This position is anchored in SAP Finance Solutions, where we focus on optimising our Finance IT and integrating our new acquisitions into our current financial structure, with SAP as our ERP backbone. 
The department consist of 21 people, who are all placed in different delivery teams and projects, but still have focus on being social and supporting each other.
