Your new role
As HR Business Partner to the Group Vice President of Global Solutions, you will join a highly engaged, diverse, and experienced leadership team within the Executive VP area of Finance, Legal & Global Solutions (FLGS).
Global Solutions covers over half the employee base in FLGS. The areas are diverse with Corporate Facilities, Corporate Procurement, and Conference Centers in Denmark and Global Business Services (GBS) in India and Mexico.

 

You will fully immerse yourself in the business area, building deep partnerships and truly understanding the needs of the organization. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a strategic partner to the GVP and the Management Team
  • Translating business priorities into impactful strategic initiatives
  • Drive the P&O annual wheel and support on ad hoc cases
  • Collaborating effectively with the leadership team, HR Business Partners in India and Mexico, and your partners in P&O

 

You will report to the Sr. Director of FLGS and CxO P&O and become part of a team with 4 other highly skilled colleagues who value collaboration, fun, and making a difference for Novo Nordisk.

 

Your skills and qualifications
We are seeking a talented partner with strong strategic thinking abilities and interpersonal skills. Others would say you are a collaborative and supportive colleague. You will bring:

 

  • An academic degree in management, HR management, psychology, business administration, or another relevant field
  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience within a complex, international, and culturally diverse environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, being able to translate business priorities into P&O priorities and impactful actions
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive meaningful impact
  • Leadership experience, exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, and experience in similar functional areas would be considered an advantage
