The position

As a Senior Market Intelligence Partner, you play a key role in a newly established position, focusing on developing a novel market intelligence program for our category management teams within direct sourcing.

The market intelligence offering will consist of primary research conducted by our Global Business Services team and secondary research sourced from external agencies and market reports. Additionally, independent research is conducted by you in areas requiring in-depth market understanding.

You key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and supervising a program for managing direct spend supplier market intelligence
  • Defining requirements and processes for primary and secondary supplier market intelligence
  • Overseeing collaboration with the Global Business Services team in Bangalore, India, and external market report agencies
  • Collaborating closely with category managers to execute comprehensive market searches

 

Qualifications

To excel in this position, we believe you:

  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, information studies, or another relevant field
  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in market analysis, financial due diligence, or market intelligence OR
  • Demonstrate process/program management experience in a procurement function
  • Showcase exceptional analytical and research skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.

On a personal level, you possess strong communication and collaboration abilities, actively supporting stakeholders and team members. You are approachable, receptive to new ideas, and enjoy navigating a complex environment, thriving in an international context. About the department

The Strategy, Sourcing & Negotiation CoE department is part of Global Strategic Outsourcing & Devices function located in Bagsværd, Denmark. We have the global direct spend responsibility managing a network of outsourced partnerships for Product Supply.

You will join a dynamic and diverse team and have the chance to learn and share knowledge with specialists in strategy, sourcing, and negotiation, all while collaborating with colleagues from multiple nationalities and backgrounds.
