The position

As a Senior Manager you will join the department Global Process Group where we oversee the process management across the Finish Product network and manage the Global Standards for Assembly and Packaging Processes. In this position, you will be leading a new area with the responsibility of managing Global standards. The team is under development, and you will be the main driver to establish the area and finalize the recruitment of the right profiles. The team is made up of key profiles with diverse competencies, all united by common goal: maintaining standards.

The team will be distributed at our different production sites in Europe, North America and Asia. This means that you will also be part of establishing the best practice of how to work as a hybrid team. There will be an opportunity for you to work from one of our international NN sites. Travel activity should be expected.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Translate the standardization strategy into operation

· Building up the network around managing standards across SVP areas

· Driving the managing global standards process

· People management

· Change management


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

· Direct leadership experience from a multicultural area, and the ability to lead stakeholders indirectly

· A Master’s degree within Natural Science or relevant field.

· At least 5 years of leadership experience within manufacturing with some of the experience gained g within or close to the Assembly and/or packaging process, preferable related to GxP production.

· Experience with change management within a global stakeholder landscape and track record in creating followership.

· Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage.

· Practical knowledge from shopfloor and have LEAN experience.

· Professional proficiency in English.

About the department

FPM Engineering is a part of Final Product Development & Manufacturing (FPDM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPDM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices.

In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
