We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our global team in Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME).

The position

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the global aseptic manufacturing process managers related to Utilities & Facilities across our global Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) production sites, collaborating with local and global stakeholders. Your responsibilities include setting directions for the team  to ensure a successful end-to-end business process in the value chain that is stable and in control, sustainably compliant, continuously improved and simple for the end-user. This role involves scaling this process for future needs and contributing to shaping them. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting the right team with the right competencies within the utilities and facilities processes on a corporate level, including hiring or appointing process roles to support the process and from all impacted areas operating the process.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Engaging and setting direction for a team of competent process managers  on behalf of the entire organization to ensure a successful end-to-end business process.
  • Partnering up and collaborate close across AM sites located in Europe, North and South America, and Asia to understand challenges within the Production Support process.
  • Working closely with other process groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other processes etc.) in close collaboration with our expansion organization who are ordering our new lines.
  • Working with various stakeholders along the value stream.

 
In this role you will be tasked with setting directions and delivering results through others  that have a significant impact on our Aseptic Manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing data to make sure we focus our efforts on where the value and impact is most needed and drive/own initiatives to continue improving the process. 

 

Travelling to other sites globally should be expected aside from the virtual collaboration (around 30%).
 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
 

  • Master´s degree within engineering, project management or similar field combined with at least 5 years of experience within manufacturing leadership with some of the years being within or close to the aseptic manufacturing process in GxP production.
  • Experience with leadership within a global stakeholder landscape and leading teams.
  • Track record in creating followership through changes in how we work; leadership experience in a complex and high pace production environment.
  • Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment ideally.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

 

On a personal level, you excel in fast-paced environments, maintain high work quality, and enjoy cross-cultural collaboration. You possess practical knowledge of the aseptic manufacturing process and have LEAN experience. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record, direct management experience, and the ability to lead stakeholders indirectly are preferred. With a background in business strategy, project management, and implementation within a global organization, you are a team player with a "can-do" attitude. You are eager to learn, innovate, and improve process efficiency.
