Digitalisation and Automation Manager

The position
You will be heading up a department responsible for executing our digitalisation and automation strategy in IFP QC. The responsibility will include:
- Setting direction for the digitalisation/automation journey in IFP QC incl. future use and functionality of the laboratory IT systems (LIMS)
- Coordinate all digitalisation/automation activities across IFP QC according to roadmaps
- Execution of projects with focus on impact in co-creation with laboratories both in DK and across the global QC network
- Maintaining the static data in LIMS for IFP QC in close collaboration with local site users
- Ramp-up and operation of a new Connectivity Institute to secure lab equipment connectivity and data flow
The department consist of 20 experienced and engaged project managers, automation engineers, chemists, LIMS SMEs and static builders.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Relevant master's degree within engineering, pharmacy, IT science or similar
- Solid experience in leadership, project and change management, and technology optimizations
- Proficient in dealing with complex stakeholders and has knowledge of QC processes and IT systems (Labvantage LIMS)
You are motivated by driving change and improvements, involving many stakeholders at various organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative, persistence, and you are result-oriented.
About the department
You will join IFP QC DK where 200 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK, including release test from several production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are an important partner in the global IFP QC network in IFP that also consists of laboratories in France, Brazil, US and China.
