The position

As the Senior Manager of Core Systems & Digital Workflows, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems enabling effective HR service management and standardisation of HR processes. Your key responsibilities will include championing agile delivery teams, managing a diverse portfolio of IT resources, and ensuring that our systems are developed and maintained in alignment with business needs and objectives.

Within your portfolio are most importantly SuccessFactors Employee Central as our organisational master data system and host of many HR processes, and ServiceNow HR which serves as our HR portal and service management solution for the global service centre.

Development demand is high, and you will plan and balance resource allocation between necessary system improvement and support to strategic P&O priorities.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Safeguard and leverage core P&O systems, providing digital partnership to HR management.
  • Drive the development and execution of a digital strategy for the core systems.
  • Manage the portfolio of IT resources, overseeing analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support.
  • Develop product strategies and plans, ensuring system compliance and alignment with business processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective user training and support.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in working with digital projects and HR transformation with a strong focus on digital workflows and service delivery
  • Deep understanding of HR operations and development including HR service management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to champion and lead agile delivery teams.
  • University degree in a relevant field.

Even though it is not a requirement, experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and BTP applications will be considered a plus.

Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, or experience in training and supporting technology users would be an advantage.

 

About the Department

The Core Systems & Digital Workflows team is part of Global People Systems, a department leading development and maintenance of the P&O enterprise systems considered cornerstones in the P&O service delivery model.

You will be part of a small leadership team in Global People Systems and will daily engage with stakeholders from our own CVP area, P&O Digital Development & Analytics and with stakeholders from the service centres and other Centres of excellence.
