The position

As a Senior Learning Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will be part of an area in rapid growth and will have the possibility to shape the administrative processes.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure seamless administrative support for Global Learning Operations
  • Ensure timely monthly invoicing and financial routines for corporate learning purchases
  • Support that stakeholders globally are adhering to the corporate Learning & Development purchase policies
  • Independently handle various logistics and coordination for external trainers, vendors and venues
  • Provide and analyse reporting data from our Learning Management Systems
  • Conduct problem solving to improve our operational processes
  • Support implementation of AI and automation in our workflows

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience in course and class administration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Financial oversight and reporting skills
  • Experience in structured problem solving and process improvements
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite

As a person you are highly structured, curious and always looking for new ways to improve existing processes. Furthermore, you possess strong logistical and coordination skills, and an attention to detail.

 

About the department

MLS delivers easier access to learning content through Learning Management platforms like Degreed. The MLS team handles all administrative tasks, including booking, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting, relieving users of these burdens and allowing them to focus on the actual learning experience. We manage a global vendor base with over 300 pre-negotiated learning vendors, ensuring competitive sourcing, quality, and cost efficiency for learning solutions. Our team supports a wide range of learning activities globally, with a presence in multiple time zones to ensure optimal support for users across different regions.
