The position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our IT QA Office department, respon-sible for managing a team of IT Quality Assurance experts and driving the strategic development of the IT Quality department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and approval of critical IT systems, infrastructure, and projects, while collaborating with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT QA Office department, including staff development, performance manage-ment, and resource allocation. 
• Ensure compliance and approval of critical IT systems, infrastructure, and projects through quality assurance activities and advice.
• Drive the strategic development of the IT Quality department through implementation of the business strategy for IT Quality. 
• Facilitate collaboration and business development with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and external suppliers.
• Provide inspection readiness services, audit support, and expert IT QA knowledge to support Novo Nordisk Quality and supplier audit activities.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A MSc, BSc, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality) or equivalent experience.
• A total experience of at least 15yrs in the IT Quality and IT space.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Manager.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in IT Quality Management and IT processes.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English.

You are decisive and thorough in your approach to com-plex quality issues, and your ability to balance multiple stakeholders while interacting with senior management is a notable strength. With strong communication and presentation skills, you are able to articulate your ideas and perspectives with clarity and confidence. Additionally, you are flexible and able to work well under high time pressure, prioritizing tasks with ease and driving results through your personal drive.

Join our IT Quality team, a dynamic group of 78 professionals working across Novo Nordisk to sup-port IT systems. With 45 team members based in Denmark and the rest in India, we maintain a bal-anced mix of senior and junior staff. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our IT systems are de-signed, implemented, and built to meet the highest standards. We work closely with DD&IT to sup-port our business needs and drive continuous improvement.
