Your new role 

You will be part of a truly international team of four experienced functional experts, driven by curiosity, collaboration and an open mindset with a shared purpose of ensuring that GTA’s strategic objectives are closely connected to measurable business outcomes. You will report to the Associate Director, Global TA Enablement

 

In this role, you will play a key lead role in advancing Talent Acquisition excellence across Novo Nordisk by leading selected global TA projects and workstreams, supporting capability-building initiatives, and coordinating the implementation and adoption of global TA priorities across regions.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Leading selected global Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, governance, communication and change management.
  • Driving global TA capability building initiatives by identifying capability gaps, prioritising development initiatives, and delivering learning solutions that strengthen functional excellence across the organisation.
  • Consolidate TA performance insights, stakeholder input and market intelligence, including proactively researching and sharing TA best practices within the pharma industry and among key competitors, to support decision-making, continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
  • Coordinate the implementation and adoption of global TA initiatives across regions, working closely with regional Talent Acquisition leadership teams to ensure consistency, enable practical local execution, and strengthen operational excellence, performance management, capability development and organisational effectiveness.

 

Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution while influencing stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels.

You will work with a high degree of autonomy within agreed priorities, helping shape and deliver initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition globally.

 GTA is a Centre of Excellence within People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs area at Novo Nordisk. GTA plays a critical role in enabling Novo Nordisk’s success by attracting and hiring the best talent globally. Together with the entire GTA CoE, TA Enablement partners with colleagues across POCA to ensure that Novo Nordisk continues to be an attractive employer.


The role will be based in Novo Nordisk HQ, in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen)


 

Your skills and qualifications

To thrive in this role, we imagine you bring a strong combination of Talent Acquisition expertise, extensive Project Management experience, strategic capability, and stakeholder leadership experience.

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including hands-on experience managing TA projects within complex, global organisations and exposure to change management, performance management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience within a global organisation and a passion for continuous improvement and capability building. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Experience using data, market intelligence, and business insights to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively across organisational levels and functions.
  • A proactive, curious, and innovative mindset with the ability to operate independently while delivering impact in a global environment.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
