The position

As Senior Filling Professional in Aseptic Process Support in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) Manufacturing Development, you will become a member of a broad team of Professionals and Specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production. The team is working as a central support team for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally.


Specifically working as a Senior Filling Professional, you will be a part of a very dedicated, dynamic and highly skilled sub-team of four Senior Professionals and one Specialist. Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:


  • Participation in troubleshooting and support in general and to deviations to our sites worldwide.
  • Maintenance of global corporate documents and procedures, product transfers and validation of products at different sites.
  • As Subject Matter Exper,t you will participate in improvement projects across the organisation.
  • You will play an important role in the implementation of the new regulations in relation to the update of EU GMP Annex 1.


At the different sites we have a wide range of different filling lines and techniques. A thorough knowledge in filling lines using isolator technique would be a preferable competence. It would also be an advantage with extensive experience within validation of products and processes.

As the position is supporting globally some travel can be expected.



  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher academic education background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
  • You have extensive knowledge within aseptic filling in a GMP environment and have 5+ years of experience which includes validation.
  • It is advantageous if you have Isolator technology experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

About the department

In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce high-quality diabetes and obesity products fighting diabetes worldwide. Site Support & Improvements (SSI) is a dynamic department in IFP Manufacturing Support, supporting our global IFP aseptic production sites and setting the direction for new technologies, innovation, and production optimisation globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the IFP aseptic production sites, by implementing novel solutions based on data driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations.
