In this role, you will act as a senior strategic partner, identifying executive-level talent for active senior leadership searches and prioritized external succession pipelines. Your expertise in market dynamics and competitive intelligence will be pivotal in safeguarding our mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.
The position will be based in Denmark or within one of the Novo Nordisk Virtualhubs with CET Timezone.
Your new role
As a Senior Executive Sourcing Partner, you will provide strategic talent intelligence and lead complex sourcing activities globally. You will be a subject-matter expert, trusted to independently manage highly confidential or ambiguous searches at the executive level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Sourcing & Engagement: Identifying and engaging executive-level talent globally, assessing background and motivation, and alignment with our mission and values.
- Talent Intelligence: Generating high-quality, actionable insights, i.e. talent availability and competitive market dynamics, to inform search strategies.
- Market Mapping: Leading "silent mapping" activities and building intelligence on candidate market, industry, competitors and movement trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with Executive Search Advisors, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to align on search progress and market realities.
- Pipeline Building: Developing and maintaining talent communities for critical leadership roles with a focus on future-ready and diverse capabilities.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining high standards of documentation, regulations, systems and AI technology.
Your new department
You will join the Sourcing & Insights within Talent Engagement. We are a senior team of 9 people based in US, UK and Denmark, and we are dedicated to finding the best senior leadership talent to drive Novo Nordisk’s growth. In this role, you will partner with the Senior Leadership Search (SLS) team, focusing on the most critical and senior positions in the organization.
We approach our work with close collaboration, constant curiosity and a commitment to innovation, leveraging new technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance our sourcing efficiency and insight generation.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can think "out of the box" on non-linear
searches and manage senior stakeholders. To succeed, you should bring:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years focused on executive search, talent intelligence, or leadership research.
- Educational Background: An academic degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: A strong track record of leading sourcing for complex, global, and succession-critical leadership roles.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in synthesizing market dynamics and competitive insights into evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with advanced Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) and experience interacting with senior leaders.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The salary ranges may have difference depending on virtualhub location.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
