Your new role
As Senior Executive Search Advisor, you will act as the strategic advisor to senior leaders, within our Research & Development organisation. You will combine deep business understanding, market insight and rigorous executive assessment to help leaders make confident, future-focused decisions. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, leadership assessment and succession planning, ensuring we attract and select leaders with the capability, mindset and values to deliver lasting change for long-term health.
Your responsibilities will include:

Shape executive leadership outcomes by owning end-to-end senior leadership search and prioritised external succession, ensuring impactful, future‑fit appointments for critical roles

Integrate deeply with the business, acting as a trusted thought partner to EVP/SVP leaders and HRBPs to understand strategic priorities, leadership gaps and organisational context

Define and drive search strategy, in partnership with Executive Sourcing, aligning stakeholders on role scope, leadership profile and market approach to enable confident, high-quality decision-making

Deliver rigorous executive assessment, leveraging structured interviews and Hogan assessments to provide fact‑based insights on leadership capability, risk and long‑term potential

Build sustainable external succession pipelines, ensuring continuity and enterprise alignment by serving as the primary search advisor for Research & Development for assigned EVP/SVP areas

Your skills & qualifications
We are seeking an experienced executive search professional who operates with agility, business proximity and strong influencing capability. You bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
You bring:

A relevant degree (e.g. HR, business, psychology or similar)

Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering senior-level hiring, either within executive search firms or an in-house executive environment, applying a range of assessment methodologies

A proven track record of integrating closely with senior business leaders, building trusted advisory relationships across complex, global organisations

Strong business and organisational acumen, with the ability to quickly understand strategy, context and leadership implications; experience with Research & Development environments is a strong advantage

Demonstrated ability to influence and advise at C‑suite level, balancing challenge and partnership to support high‑quality leadership decisions

A collaborative, enterprise mindset, with comfort working across functions, geographies and cultures
You are outcome‑oriented and adaptable, able to manage multiple high‑impact priorities in a matrixed, virtual environment. You communicate with clarity and conviction, bringing strong written, verbal and presentation skills suitable for the most senior audiences.
