We are seeking 2 motivated Counterfeit Advisors to join our team. Are you motivated by cross organizational collaboration with tasks of high business impact and often high complexity. The position
As a Counterfeit Advisor, you will utilize your business understanding and ability to work with global cross functional tasks, all while gaining a thorough understanding of all Novo Nordisk products and insights into various supporting processes. This role includes investigating and identifying counterfeit products, communicating with customers, and coordinating with relevant colleagues across the organization and health authorities globally.

 

Main responsibilities will be to:
•    Handle escalated and complex customer complaints particularly within the area of counterfeits
•    Interaction with our legal department on escalated cases 
•    Support our colleagues in the affiliates as well as our local complaint associates
•    Interact with health authorities 
•    Develop and implement procedures for managing counterfeit complaint cases, including training for relevant stakeholders 
•    Monitor and analyse trends related to counterfeit complaint cases 

 

Your work will help us ensure high quality and safe products for the patients of Novo Nordisk, and will have the real opportunity to shape and set the direction for handling counterfeit complaint cases. 

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, who can work systematically with handling and analyzing complex data and work with continuously improving our way of working and our strategy towards counterfeit.

 

To succeed in this role, you:
•    have an academic degree in a natural sciences, engineering, communication, law or similar 
•    have experience with production and/or quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or device industry
•    are fluent in both written and spoken English and a strong communicator
•    experience in communication to health authorities
•    experience directly with handling counterfeit will be a plus

 

On a personal level, you are analytical, have a strong attention to details and a quality mind-set that thrive with optimizing and simplifying processes. You are a team player that succeed in daily tasks balancing by the ability to drive and contribute to projects.

 

About the department
The Customer Complaint Centre Support department is responsible for investigating customer complaints from both marketed products and products used for clinical trials. Furthermore, the department handles surveillance and trending of customer complaints and potential and actual recalls.

The department is in Bagsværd and is part of Novo Nordisk Quality and you will be part of a team with currently 14 dedicated colleagues and report to the senior manager in the Complaint Support Team.
