The Position

In the Complaint Insights team, you will have the unique opportunity to gain insights to the entire Novo Nordisk product portfolio and a broad exposure to the company. You will be playing a pivotal role in monitoring the product quality of products in clinical development and on the market to ensure the highest quality for Novo Nordisk’s patients.

Main responsibilities will involve:

  • Overseeing, analyzing and gathering insight from complaint data of all Novo Nordisk products, and translating the trends into meaningful actions for the organization.
  • Handling escalated and complex cases in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicating complaint trends to management and at different fora.
  • Contributing to process improvements and other relevant projects in the area working together with 14 dedicated colleagues.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for a person with extensive experience. If you have worked with complaints, device development, production or quality it will be an advantage.
To be successful in this role, you:

  • Hold a masters’ degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, Bio-science or similar.
  • Have good analytical skills and enjoy working with data. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrive in complexity and ambiguity.
  • Are fully proficient in English.

 

On a personal level, you are a team player, have a proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to process improvements and projects, also using your problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address recurring quality issues.
Finally, you have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.

 

About the department
In CC, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating, responding to customer complaints and creating insights on all the complaint data globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than 100 colleagues Denmark, USA and India and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization. 

You will be part of the Complaint Insights team, consisting of Complaint Insights Professionals responsible for complaint surveillance and reporting. You will be reporting to the Manager of Complaint Insights, based in Bagsvaerd, and will be working closely with 15 colleagues in the team and across the CC departments.
