The position
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communication Partner to advise, lead and execute the communication efforts for PSQ, including newly acquired sites. In this role, you will drive communication efforts related to PSQ and promote awareness of quality across Novo Nordisk. 

 

You will support the Corporate Vice President and the management team, using your solid communication toolbox to advise on strategic communication matters and develop engaging communication content with clear messaging that resonate with our organisation. In addition, you will be part of a global Product Supply initiative called Quality Mobilisation.
 

The position has a strong purpose and embraces a wide range of communication tasks. Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

  • Acting as trusted advisor to the CVP of PSQ on strategic communication matters as well as in the day-to-day deliverables
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies, plans and content for PSQ
  • Raising awareness and promoting the importance of PSQ across Novo Nordisk
  • Developing, planning and executing internal livestream events
  • Producing engaging content for internal channels (e.g. Viva Engage posts, videos and presentations)

 

Furthermore, you will facilitate the development of a communication strategy, communication plans, content and livestream events for newly acquired sites to support integration and cultural onboarding
 

The job will offer frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network. You will report to the Head of Quality Communication & Mobilisation and SVP Communication Partner.
 

Qualifications

We are looking for an independent and result-oriented individual, who approaches tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude.

 

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of communication experience in the pharma industry with a strong track record of advising senior leaders, developing plans, leading initiatives and supporting projects
  • Effectively communicating complex topics clearly, concisely, and engagingly to management and a global organisation, both orally and in writing
  • Proven track record of driving strategic communication initiatives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

 

Moreover, you know the Office 365 features by heart (including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams), and you master creating visually appealing presentations, videos etc. that catch the interest of the audience.

 

On a personal level, you are a strategic thinker and ambitious on behalf of the communication profession and are good at building strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and find it natural to stay on top of what is happening across the organisation.
