The position
As a Senior Capacity Partner you would be responsible for overseeing long and mid-term network capacities, providing transparency on associated assumptions, actively monitoring and analyzing production performance, managing network supply risks, and ensuring timely updates to capacity assumptions for planning, while supporting prioritized business cases or projects related to Aseptic Manufacturing production network.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide long-term and mid-term capacity estimates for tactical and strategic planning while ensuring alignment within complex global stakeholder landscape.
- Manage supply risk portfolio and drive execution and follow up of mitigating actions.
- Perform forecasting, scenario planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Represent Aseptic Manufacturing in relevant supply review and project meetings.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders from Global Supply Chain organization as well as internally in Aseptic Manufacturing.
- Be actively involved in global Capacity Partner Network.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
- A thorough understanding of and experience with the logistical setup in a manufacturing company, including internal and external dependencies of flow and data.
- GMP experience/understanding.
- LEAN experience and mindset.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management and Change Management experience.
This role would require fluency in both written and spoken English.

Manufacturing Capacity Insights is a central function within PS AM Business Development & Support that sets the framework for capacity management related processes. Our team ensures alignment within the Aseptic Manufacturing organisation and with Global Supply Chain functions to optimise S/D balancing on tactical and strategic horizons.
