About the role
As a Scrum Master you will be part of driving the biggest backlog of Financial integrations we have yet seen in Novo Nordisk, in a team named Entity Builders. 

 

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Support our Lead Product Manager in building backlog and tracking progress
•    Foster improvements and facilitate the Entity Builders agile team to efficient delivery
•    Keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary
•    Help the team prepare and align expectations before and during events
•    Be a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and agile mindset in Novo Nordisk

 

Which competencies to bring? 
A positive, proactive colleague who can collaborate across functional areas and in dynamic organizational settings. To succeed in the role, you have 
•    Vast experience as Scrum Master working in an Agile team in a large and complex organization
•    Experience working with SAP and/or Finance processes
•    Experience in how to build and support a learning culture in Agile teams – increase knowledge, cut complexity and be innovative
•    Good insights into the Agile practices e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps

 

On a personal level, you have excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice. You demonstrate agility and adapts quickly to change. You are devoted to creating an inclusive culture, helping your colleagues, and engaging in department activities. 

 

From ECC to S/4, the next generation ERP

This position is anchored in SAP Finance Solutions, where we focus on optimising our Finance IT and integrating our new acquisitions into our current financial structure, with SAP as our ERP backbone. The department consist of 21 people, who all placed in different delivery teams and projects, but still have focus on being social and supporting each other.
