- A strong track record of shaping enterprise strategy and leading complex strategic partnerships, transactions or acquisitions.
- Broad scientific and commercial understanding, combined with strong financial acumen and the ability to assess strategic opportunities and risks.
- The credibility and judgement to advise and constructively challenge the CEO and Executive Management, and to build alignment among senior leaders across a complex global organisation.
- Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to develop strong leadership teams and build diverse, inclusive and high-performing organisations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, together with the integrity and external credibility required to represent Novo Nordisk in significant partnerships and transactions.
You are a collaborative and decisive leader who combines long-term strategic thinking with the ability to deliver results. You exercise sound judgement in complex situations, challenge established thinking when necessary and build trust across different perspectives and interests.
