… Then you might be the right candidate for our position as SC Academy Training partner in the Digital Supply Chain.


About the position

As a Supply Chain Academy Training partner in the Digital Supply Chain your main task will be to work at the Supply Chain Academy together with the Academy Programme Manager. In this role you will be supporting the programme manager to plan quarterly events for the participants (Novo Nordisk’s Supply Chain employees all around the world) and setting up a process to access training needs and run updates when needed. Furthermore, you will use your skills within training to build a great framework for our SC training offerings.


In this role you are expected to,  

  • Help drive and set direction for the development of the training programme in SC
  • Drive development of e-learnings etc.
  • Investigate and book facilities, resources, hotels, transportation for Academy participants etc.
  • Coordinate the participation of both facilitators and participants in the Academy
  • Secure that speakers are ready to go on stage and other incidental work during events
  • Take care of emerging needs in relations to the SC Academy


Additionally, as mentioned before you will be working with any other tasks that arise regarding training and competence development in the supply chain.



In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you have had experience with some of the following,

  • Minimum of 3 years of strong business insight from similar Supply Chain positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Educational provision.
  • Facilitating training
  • Creation of training material
  • Coordinating between projects and people
  • Planning larger meetings or events
  • Talking to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

You are outgoing and not afraid to reach out to people in order to make things happen. You enjoy making plans and have an eye for details. Finally you are energetic, engaged and enjoy ‘joggling’ several tasks at the same time.


About the department

In this job you will be joining a team of 57 dedicated colleagues in our center of excellence within Digital Supply Chain.

Digital Supply Chain is anchored in “Supply Chain & Finance”, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to digitalize, harmonize and improve global processes and solutions within the end-to-end supply chain. Product Supply have facilities globally and have key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end supply chain.


You will be part of a team of 12 highly engaged, experienced, and funny colleagues in the DSC E2E planning excellence team.
