SAP EWM Implementation Lead

The Position 

As SAP EWM Implementation Lead you will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration between DD&IT, operations, and site managers for successful project execution. Your main task will be to oversee and manage end to end SAP EWM implementation representing line of business on a global level. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • To lead and integrate SAP EWM implementation across AM/FPM within Line of Business (LoB). 
  • Establishing and enforcing SAP EWM standards within the company. 
  • Continuous improvement loop of SAP EWM and future planning. 
  • Making sure the Project/Programme strategy development and deployment is on the right track. 
  • Building continuous communication with stakeholders. 
  • Creating and delivering training programs tailored to end-users and stakeholders. 

 

Please be aware that for this position some travel might be expected. 

 

This job is currently based in Bagsværd, Denmark, but expected to relocate to Høje Taastrup, Denmark within a year. 

 

Qualifications 

As a person you are a great strategic planner and have ability to lead global teams across many geographical locations. You have a solid understanding of business. In addition, you have experience with working at many different levels of the organization and across many functional areas. 

 

To succeed in this role, you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a master’s degree and relevant certifications.  
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Programme/Project leadership.  
  • Solid experience within SAP EWM and/or transformation projects. 
  • Understanding of organizational structure, performance management, and incentive structure with engineering background. 
  • Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills. 
  • Knowledge about GMP preferably within pharmaceutical area would be considered as an asset. 
  • Experience with implementation of LEAN and project management would be considered as a plus. 

 

As an individual, you are fluent in English on written and spoken form. You have experience in identifying potential risks in engineering projects and maintain high standards of quality. You are proficient in managing project budgets. Furthermore, you have great stakeholder management skills and are great in building partnerships in a complex organization. 
 

About the department  

You will be joining the Global IL Performance team anchored in Finished Product Manufacturing Engineering (FPME). Our team is ensuring fit-for-purpose WH/IL solutions across Finished Products Manufacturing (FPM) and Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) operations. Based in Denmark, our team collaborates globally (sites in Denmark, the US, Brazil, France, Italy, China, etc.) across existing and expansion FPM/AM projects.
