We have exciting times ahead of us in Novo Nordisk. Our ambition is to significantly grow our business and position ourselves within new areas in the coming years. In Digital, Data and IT Supply Chain we are supporting this journey by ensuring a robust, flexible and future-proof digital backbone, transitioning from our current ERP platform to SAP S4 HANA.

Do you want to bring your IT experience within SAP authorizations as well as your digitalization and IT mindset into play to support us with this transformation?

If yes, then apply now to join us for a life-changing career!

What’s the role about?

The role will be to navigate in a complex solution landscape which requires ability to navigate and communicate with stakeholders representing various business areas and SAP modules. It requires solid experience with the SAP authorizations concept.

Majority of the authorization development is outsourced, but it is a requirement with authorization developer experience in order to support and facilitate supplier communication, but also occasionally assist in development as needed.

Maintenance of the existing system landscape in a large global business combined with change requests from an unprecedented portfolio of strategic IT programs makes it a constant changing environment. This calls for a mix of operational and strategic tasks.

Especially our recently started S4/HANA implementation program calls for design and implementation of Fiori which will be one of the major focus areas in the years to come.

We use SAP Solution Manager for documentation, and hands on experience with that is an advantage. We use Sales Point (NovoAccess) as the provisioning system for access management to our systems.

Your primarily tasks will include:

  • Handling identity management with focus on SAP authorization development, role owners and automating the role and user provisioning processes
  • Reviewing the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP security role development and user acceptance test plans and participate during go-live phases
  • Developing a central process for SAP security role administration.
  • Evaluating business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design
  • Developing SOD workflows and approvers for user provisioning or de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access and access recertification based on needs, best practices, and requirements
  • Monitoring, reporting and remediating elevated role provisioning to make sure that unauthorized access is removed
  • Facilitating, approving new authorization request and ensure that SoD conflict is mitigated

You will be working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks.

Which competencies to bring?

In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT
  • A relevant master’s degree in IT, engineering or the like
  • A natural flair for business process optimization, standardization, and IT systems

  • Knowledge in SOX, SoD, GxD and GRC is beneficial

As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
