The position

As real estate project manager, you will drive real estate transactions and projects in DK and globally, working closely with stakeholders at all levels across Novo Nordisk. Together with a small team, you will be executing on the real estate strategy in Denmark and globally with support on negotiation, legal issues, administration, and financial tasks. You are expected to independently drive processes, coordinating tasks, challenging data, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting findings directly to senior management.

Your main tasks in this role are to:

  • Drive and execute lease and property transactions end-to-end within obtained mandates.
  • Develop business cases for lease and property transactions, and ensure high quality and up to date property and lease data.
  • Develop and enforce governance for real estate transactions.
  • Execute real estate projects timely and efficiently.
  • Renegotiate existing leases in the lease portfolio supported by brokers.
  • Develop and maintain setup for supporting real estate transactions globally.

Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Relevant academic degree within business administration, finance, legal, or another relevant field with excellent results.
  • 2-4 years of experience with corporate real estate, project management, management consultancy, or similar.
  • Ability to handle complexity and knowing how to make things simple and understandable to people at all levels in the organisation.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, and demonstrating excellent writing and presentation skills.

In Real Estate & Governance, we are 9 colleagues working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance, and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk.
