The position 

As a Ramp-up Partner in the Global FP Ramp Up department, you will join a newly established unit that focuses on creating optimal production starts for new Assembly & Packaging lines across our global manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring the FP Operational Readiness & Ramp Up Standard owned by our department is well understood and deployed by our global manufacturing sites. 

  • Acting as the key link between the site and operational readiness experts from the travel team, including planning daily activities and ensuring that the right stakeholders are involved. 

  • Participating in and facilitating workshops while working closely with production personnel on the line. 

  • Working with the site on project management, goal setting and breakdown, recruitment strategy, training, LEAN implementation, risk assessment, and process optimisation. 

  • Performing ramp-up touchpoint assessments and share learnings across the organisation. 

 

This position includes 50% travel time divided into periods of 2-3 months, where you will be travelling together in groups of 3 from the travel team. As this is a new position, the tasks will be shaped as we gain learnings, requiring a high level of flexibility for everyone involved. In return, you are part of shaping your own job and will be at the forefront of ensuring timely delivery to market while building a strong network across the organisation.

Qualifications 

On a personal level, you are a diplomatic person who inspires followership and fosters collaboration. With strong facilitation skills, you effortlessly navigate challenges while juggling multiple tasks efficiently. We imagine that you will have the following qualifications: 

  • Preferably a MSc or equivalent within engineering, pharmacy, project management or similar field. 

  • Preferably experience from a global cross-functional role. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Preferably experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. 

  • Professional proficiency in English. 

  • Experience with cLEAN® way of working.

It would be beneficial if you have worked in a global project before as a team member. 

 

About the department 

In Global FP Ramp Up, we aim to have 15 colleagues when fully staffed; 9 colleagues situated in China and 6 colleagues situated in Denmark. This current position is for Denmark, where the starting office will be in Bagsværd but later this year the area is planned to move to Høje Taastrup. Global FP Ramp Up department is part of FPM Engineering, which consists of around 80 colleagues working together to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
