The position
Join a dynamic team of 12 dedicated professionals, where your expertise as a Quality Assurance Professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in daily problem-solving sessions with production colleagues, providing vital QA oversight to maintaining product excellence.
- Taking on a central role in shaping quality strategies, driving decision-making, and setting the direction for Quality Assurance within the organisations.
- Leveraging your strong collaboration, time management, and solution-oriented skills to work seamlessly with both production and QA teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications

You are confident in managing your own projects and working autonomously, consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.
Additionally, we expect:
- You hold a master’s degree in pharmacy or an equivalent qualification, such as a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or Master of Science in Biology.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, batch release, aseptic production, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing is advantageous and will further enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
- Furthermore, it is important to have the right quality mindset, and be adaptable, curious and a strong will to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Danish.

About the Department
At Aseptic Manufacturing Quality Assurance BA in Bagsværd we are responsible for quality assurance and compliance in the aseptic production of diabetes and obesity products. Our uniqueness is to ensure a high level of quality assurance of a broad portfolio: from the production of insulin to the newest products and technologies coming into production. AM QA BA consists of more than 50 dedicated and engaged em-ployees who are divided into four different teams – Operations, AP release, QA release and Project team.
It is our responsibility to ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of the quality system of Novo Nordisk. Our mission is to provide the Highest Quality for Patients. To achieve this, we ensure a high level of quality basis in close cooperation with production, whilst having a key function in releasing the Novo Nordisk Diabetes and Obesity products to the market.
