About the Department
AM QA Site in Bagsværd is a department, consisting of approx. 60 dedicated and engaged employees. The department is divided into 4 teams and the open position is in the QA team responsible for release of products imported into EU. Our department ensures a high level of quality in close cooperation with our stakeholders.
Our responsibility is to assure product quality and regulatory compliance by defining quality requirements, perform quality oversight and by approving quality documents such as procedures, change request and batch- & validation documents. We participate in systematic problem solving and approve deviations. The department is furthermore responsible for assuring the quality of implementation of new equipment and new products in the production facility.
The position
As a QPD your key responsibility is, together with your colleagues, to ensure that our batch documentation is in compliance with internal and external requirements. You will do this by release batch from the production sites in US, Brazil, China and Chartres ensuring batch documentation, transportation, deviations etc comply with requirements.
As a QA professional, you will play a central role where you need to make decisions and set directions for Quality. This demands good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues both in the QA organisation but also international colleagues.
You will have numerous encounters with both national and international colleagues, and you can expect complexity and independent decision making in your daily tasks.
You will be working closely with your colleagues in an open-plan office and there is on-going sparring in a dynamic and energetic way. Everyone is ready to provide a helping hand if there are challenges with reaching a deadline.

Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion for quality, problem solving and LEAN and are keen to acquire professional competencies and learn the tricks of the trade. You dare to challenge us in our way of working and has a desire to take initiative as well as being responsible for your own learning.
To succeed in this role, you:
- hold a MSc in Pharmacy, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or similar
- fulfil the requirements from the Danish Health Authorities to become QP delegate
- you have 2 years or more experience with QA, batch release or pharmaceutical production
- have gained said experience withing the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- are fluent in English, and preferably in Danish
