QMS Professional for Integration Projects (1-year maternity cover)

looking for a QMS Professional to join our Integration and Data Migration team in Novo Nordisk Integrated Quality. This is a 12-month temporary position, supporting the integration of acquired companies or assets into Novo Nordisk.

The position
As a QMS professional, you will play a crucial role in assessing and planning the QMS integrations of acquired companies into Novo Nordisk, with a focus on Records Management and Data Integrity. You will collaborate with a team of skilled Records Management Quality and Data Migration experts to support the integrations of processes and procedures, ensuring that both digital and physical records are managed in a way that maintains compliance and data integrity. 
 
Main tasks include:

  • Coordinating QMS integration tasks in acquisition projects.
  • Coordinate quality aspects of migration of records, physical as well as electronic.
  • Support quality improvements and harmonisation initiatives across projects.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A master’s degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, IT or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in a quality or audit function, with comprehensive knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Experience with project management and working in virtual teams.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

About the department
You will join the Records Management Integration and Data Migration team in Novo Nordisk Quality, where we focus on integrating acquired sites and assets into Novo Nordisk’s quality systems, focus-ing on the Records Management process and records, electronic as well as physical (archives). We have a very dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals.
