The Position
In this critical role, you will be responsible for dynamically performing due diligence projects, ensuring that relevant quality aspects are assessed and evaluated before acquisitions are made. You will:
- Perform due diligence projects, ensuring that quality aspects of projects are thoroughly assessed.
- Prepare comprehensive Quality Due Diligence reports.
- Establish methods and processes for performing due diligence.
- Support the integration Quality team to ensure acquired assets and facilities operate in compliance with NN QMS and health authority requirements.
- Coach colleagues about GMP and authority requirements.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- An academic degree at MSc or higher level in a life-sciences/related field.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in Quality roles in pharmaceutical industry, with a strong knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Experience as a GMP auditor and previous involvement in due diligence activities are advantageous.
- Excellent English skills and experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage to work in a dynamic way with short project delivery timelines.
On a personal level, your ability to dynamically assess projects, and engage stakeholders effectively will be vital to succeed in this role.
About the Department
At NNQ DD&I (Novo Nordisk Quality Due Diligence & Integration), we ensure quality in all new acquisitions for Novo Nordisk during both the due diligence and integration phases. We conduct thorough analyses of quality matters, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to inform acquisition decisions. Additionally, we lead the seamless integration of new assets into NN, maintaining quality throughout the process. We promote a quality mindset across NN M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) functions and acquired entities to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration. You will be joining a dedicated team where we efficiently assess and integrate acquired assets and facilities, ensuring alignment and compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
