Project Manager within Quality

Are you motivated by the opportunity to develop and drive simplification and improvement projects across our global organisation in Diabetes Finish Products Quality Assurance (DFP QA)? Would you like to cooperate with some of our most experienced process experts, managers and other stakeholders? If so, this position as QA Project Manager can be a unique opportunity for you.
 

The position
You will be an integrated part of our support team that focus on improvements and simplification through project execution where you will be responsible for driving strategic projects for DFP QA as well as implementing corporate projects in DFP and DFP QA.

You will lead projects and simplification initiatives that are very different in character, depending on the actual initiative and often involve implementation across all DFP QA sites. Furthermore, you will be building network looking inside and outside for inspiration and shaping projects for the benefit of our stakeholders globally. You will be expected to set direction, drive projects, and deliver results in an environment that fosters innovation and creative thinking.

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a master’s degree or PhD within pharmacy, engineering, or other related fields
  • You have 2-4 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or 3 years of experience within project management
  • You have a proven track record of successfully driving projects from early ideas to realised benefits
  • You are recognised as a project manager who motivates high performing and engaged project teams through leadership & change management skills
  • You have strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way
  • We expect you to have experience in collaborating positively with many different stakeholders at various organisational levels.
  • It is an advantage if you are experienced in using Agile project management tools, e.g. SAFe/Half Double, Scrum, Sprint etc.
  • We expect you to have experience in driving simplicity by use of Lean tools e.g. Value Stream Mapping.
  • If you are familiar with IT projects this is an advantage.
  • The position requires proficiency in English and understanding Danish is an advantage

About the Department
Our department is located in Bagsværd and consists of 25 dedicated and highly talented international employees. We ensure a high level of quality in close cooperation with our stakeholders and have a key function in quality assurance of the new technologies coming into production. Our team, DFP Manufacturing Development QA Support covers project management, driving IT/digitalisation, and audit/inspection across DFP QA.
