The position
As a Project Manager for Service Contracts at Novo Nordisk, I oversee service contract projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. I develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings, lead contract negotiations in collaboration with production sites, supplier management and legal teams, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, I monitor contracts to ensure quality standards and successful deliverables. 
Other responsibilities will include:
•    Develop and implement strategies for service contract development and management.
•    Support production sites  with contract frameworks and best practices to ensure vendor collaboration to achieve intended line performance and services that meets fulfilling expectations
•    Collaborate with supplier management and production sites to optimise processes.
•    Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to establish strategic partnerships.
•    Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards.
•    Evaluate potential new contractors and assess their service capability and to participate in the development of documentation for contractor manuals.

 

Qualifications
As a person, you show a great degree of responsibility and independence whilst you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, acting between and serving many stakeholders, which requires a flexible attitude.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    Over 5 years of experience in service contract management and development, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
•    Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and enhance service offerings.
•    Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
•    Expertise in monitoring contract performance and deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
•    Familiarity with supplier management and production processes, contributing to efficient contract execution.

 

About the department
FPM Engineering is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM), with a dedicated team of around 50 colleagues. We work collaboratively to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines, ensuring best practices. Located at our headquarters, we are committed to bringing value to our patients by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership.
